By accessing the PrizePulse website or submitting an entry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or enter any promotion. These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.

4. How to Enter
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To participate, complete the online entry form on our website with your first name, last name, email address, and mobile number, then tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. Limit one entry per person per promotion unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
5. Promotion Period
Each prize draw runs for a specified period as displayed on the relevant promotion page. Entries received outside the stated promotion period will not be counted. PrizePulse reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel a promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. The Prize
The prize for the current promotion is a £250 gift voucher, unless a different prize is clearly stated on the promotion page. The voucher may be issued in a digital format and is subject to the terms of the issuing retailer. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered unless required by law. PrizePulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party retailer whose voucher may be offered.
7. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place within 30 days of the promotion closing date. The decision of PrizePulse is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the first contact attempt, or fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days, PrizePulse reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact details are correct and to monitor communications from PrizePulse.
9. Marketing Consent
By entering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from PrizePulse and selected partner brands about prize draws, reward programmes, offers, and opportunities. You may withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@prizepulse.co.uk. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the validity of an entry already submitted.
10. Data Protection
Personal data submitted through our entry form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data will be used.
11. Acceptable Use
